Quality Control

We perform pre-verification of optical media such as DVDs and Blu-ray Disc ™, video distribution, and materials. It supports a wide range of data formats, from tape media to a wide variety of data formats.

Contents check

By watching in real time, we check that there are no problems with the recorded content such as video, audio, burned-in texts, subtitles, etc. We verify in a viewing environment that supports various standards such as 4K, surround (5.1ch or higher), and Dolby Atmos.

Video playback and menu operations check

We check with multiple players whether there are any problems with video playback and menu operations.

Artwork check

We proofread product jackets, labels, wraparound bands, booklets, etc., and verify the integrity of the contents.
