Greetings on the 40th Anniversary

It is with great pleasure that JVCKENWOOD Video Tech Corporation marked its 40th anniversary on April 21 of this year. I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to all our stakeholders whose support over the years have enabled us to reach this landmark.

Our company was established as Video-Tech Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Victor Company of Japan, Limited (currently JVCKENWOOD) , which handled editing VHD format on April 21, 1981. Over the ensuing four decades, we have always worked to create new value of video and audio production. And we would like to continue to give an impression to all over the world with our reliable technology in the future.

Today we are having a very hard time due to COVID-19 or extreme climate events on a global scale. However, we are committed to taking up the challenge of constant evolution and the creation of new value to meet diverse requests of our clients.

As we move on, we look forward to further expansion built on the business foundation we have constructed over these 40 years with our clients, partners, and shareholders.
